Bill is the Founder and Director of zero bananas . In his 35 year career as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counselor and Life Coach he has helped many individuals and their families confront and overcome addiction, anxiety, panic and other emotional problems.

The philosophy underlying zero bananas is one by which he now lives. He enjoys helping others to learn and practice “ableing” rather than enabling.

He and his colleagues are available in their Plantation and Boca office, in your home and by phone. They go all out and are all in, helping others to overcome emotional problems and addiction.

Erin brings enthusiasm, energy and experience to this role. Currently, her full time job is as student services advisor at Youth Automotive Training Center (YATC). There, they teach delinquent and pre delinquent young adults auto mechanics as well as job and life skills. Erin coaches her guys and an occasional gal toward success! Unlike most programs of this type, they enjoy a 90+% success rate. In addition to her coaching skills, Erin knows the resources available in our community.

After a few initial visits to learn more about the person and establish rapport,  coaching is done by phone in the evening and on weekends. It is real time and on target.  The emphasis is on goal setting and goal getting, pushing past resistance and /or anxiety and helping the person get a job and hold onto it.  Erin  teaches skills and tools to handle the complex social dynamics of a work setting. She  will be “all in” for each person she assists.
